1. Preparing the Hair
Wash your hair thoroughly with a clarifying shampoo before applying the extensions to remove grease and styling residues.
Section off a part of your hair horizontally and secure it with a sectioning clip. Use a tail comb to section off a strand approximately the same width and thickness as a tape-in strand (approx. 2.5 cm).

2. Sectioning the Strand
Fix the sectioned strand loosely to the top hair with another sectioning clip or a small hair clip. This helps you keep an overview and prevents loose hairs from getting into the adhesive surface.
3. Preparing the Tape Strand
Carefully remove the paper backing from the adhesive strip of a new tape-in strand. Be careful not to touch the adhesive surface with your fingers to maintain optimal adhesive strength.

4. Positioning the Tape Strand
Hold the open adhesive side directly under the sectioned natural hair strand. Make sure that the tape is aligned horizontally so that it falls naturally later on.
5. Attaching the Lower Strand
Carefully press the natural hair onto the adhesive strip. It is important to leave approx. 1 cm distance from the scalp so that the extensions remain flexible and do not cause tension pain.

6. Attaching the Upper Strand
Place the second tape strand precisely on top of the natural hair strand (sandwich method). Press both adhesive sides firmly together to ensure a permanent bond.
7. Repetition
Repeat this process strand by strand. Place the rows slightly offset ("brickwork principle") to achieve a particularly natural transition and even volume.
