Shipping policy

The following terms apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and abroad.

Shipping costs

All shipping costs include statutory VAT where applicable.

Deliveries within Germany:
For orders with a value of less than €99.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per order.
Orders with a value of €99.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

International deliveries:
For orders with a value of less than €99.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per order.
Orders with a value of €99.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–2 business days.

For international deliveries, delivery takes place within 2–4 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
