Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This way you can always keep track of the shipping status of your favorite items.

Exchange / Return / Cancellation

We're confident you'll love your hair2heart extensions! However, should something not quite fit as expected, you can easily exchange or return your order within our generous 30-day return period. Please note that this only applies to unused items.

To make returns easy, we'll send you a prepaid return label along with your shipping confirmation and invoice. You can then conveniently drop off your return at any DHL location.

Return shipping costs for orders over EUR 100.00

Returns within Germany are free of charge for purchases of €100 or more.

Return shipping costs for orders under EUR 100.00

For orders with a purchase value under €100, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. In addition, we retain the shipping costs paid by the buyer at the time of ordering as compensation for the provided prepaid DHL return label. The shipping costs paid will not be refunded in this case.

Please note that you can only cancel your order as long as the goods have not yet been shipped. To cancel, please send us an email with your order number to info@hair2heart.de or simply reply to the order confirmation you received from us.

A cancellation means that the goods will not be shipped and the payment will be refunded.

We would like to inform you that unpaid orders using the payment method "prepayment / bank transfer" will be automatically cancelled 7 days after receipt of the order.
