Exchange / Return / Cancellation

We're confident you'll love your hair2heart extensions! However, should something not quite fit as expected, you can easily exchange or return your order within our generous 30-day return period. Please note that this only applies to unused items.

Please note that you can only cancel your order as long as the goods have not yet been shipped. To cancel, please send us an email with your order number to info@hair2heart.net or simply reply to the order confirmation you received from us.

A cancellation means that the goods will not be shipped and the payment will be refunded.

We would like to inform you that unpaid orders using the payment method "prepayment / bank transfer" will be automatically cancelled 7 days after receipt of the order.
