Note: A heat clamp is also required for melting.

This is how rebonding or bonding of loose cut hair works

Step 1: Remove the old connection point

•  Cut off the old keratin tip with scissors.

Step 2: Heat the heat clamp

• Turn on the heat clamp and select the appropriate temperature for the keratin (usually between 160°C and 180°C).
• Wait until the heat clamp has reached the desired temperature.

Step 3: Place the keratin bondings into the notch of the heat clamp.

• Carefully place the keratin bonding into the designated notch of the heat clamp.
• Tip: Use a finger guard to avoid burns.

Step 4: Distribute keratin onto the tips of the loose strands.

• Gently press the heat clamp onto the keratin to melt it and distribute it evenly over the tip of the hair strand.

Step 5: Create a U-shape using the U-tip pliers

• Use the U-tip pliers to create the desired U-shape. Gently squeeze the pliers to form the bond.
• Once the shape is perfect, the strand is ready to be inserted into the desired position.
